Shocking moment woman crawls under airport security barrier before sneaking onto plane unnoticed
When most of us think about airports, we picture long security lines, strict passport checks, and watchful guards—not exactly the kind of place where you’d expect someone to test their luck.
But in a bizarre twist, security cameras at Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade, Serbia, captured a woman pulling off a scene straight out of an action movie. The unidentified woman was seen attempting to bypass airport security in the most unconventional way—by army crawling under barriers.
Check out the hilarious clip below:
Caught on Camera: Crawling Through Security
The footage shows the woman rattling the barriers at the electronic passport gates before deciding that her best option was to hit the floor and crawl under them. What followed could only be described as a low-budget audition for The Great Escape.
Instead of standing up after clearing the first hurdle, the woman committed to her unconventional strategy. She continued crawling under multiple barriers, evading security while turning the airport floor into her personal playground. For a while, her antics went completely unnoticed, as the area appeared to be empty of staff and other passengers.
However, her luck didn’t last.

The Plot Fails Mid-Flight
According to reports, the woman managed to board a Wizz Air flight to Malta before airport staff intercepted her. When she was asked to present a boarding pass, her ruse quickly unraveled. Security was called to the scene, and the woman was detained.
Serbian authorities later confirmed that she was charged with trespassing. Interestingly, it was revealed that the woman had flown into Belgrade earlier on a separate flight from France, where she had been deported. The reasons for her deportation remain unclear.
Questions Remain About Her Motive
Authorities have yet to confirm why the woman attempted to sneak onto the flight or if she intended to cause any harm. While her actions may seem more like a stunt than a calculated risk, airport representatives are treating the incident seriously.
“Belgrade Airport is cooperating with the relevant authorities regarding this case, and while the investigation is ongoing, we are unable to provide any details,” airport officials stated.
Wizz Air Responds
A spokesperson for Wizz Air assured passengers that the woman was stopped before she could complete her unauthorized journey.
“Wizz Air is aware of an incident involving a woman who attempted to board a flight at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport without presenting the required travel documents or a boarding pass. Wizz Air did not let the woman fly and alerted the relevant authorities,” the airline said in a statement.
The company also emphasized its commitment to passenger safety, saying, “We remain committed to ensuring that appropriate measures are taken at the airport to prevent such incidents in the future.”
Lessons from the Incident
While it’s not every day you hear about someone army-crawling their way onto a flight, this case serves as a reminder of the importance of security measures in airports. It’s safe to say this passenger’s unconventional approach didn’t win her a free vacation—but it did earn her an arrest record.
