All eyes have been glued on Taylor Swift lately, and rightly so.

Swift, 34, was named Time’s Person of the Year in 2023, in October she became a billionaire, her highly anticipated Eras Tour grossed more than $1 billion which also boosted the US economy, and as the cherry on top she won her fourth Album of the Year at the 2024 Grammys.

Speaking of the Grammys, while at the music industry’s biggest award show, the pop megastar managed to avoid an awkward run-in with one of her former boyfriends.

While the “Cruel Summer” singer arrived fashionably late to the Grammys, it worked out perfect for host Trevor Noah who was talking about Swift as she entered the room.

“Look at this: I say their names, and they pop out,” Noah joked.

As Swift gracefully walked to her table in a floor length white gown and black gloves, she walked past one of her former boyfriends, Calvin Harris.

Although it appeared there was no bad blood between the two.

The DJ and record producer turned to look at Swift and joined in the crowd’s round of applause as the megastar walked to her seat. Meanwhile Swift didn’t even turn to acknowledge him.

The two dated from March 2015 to June 2016.

Following their breakup, things got messy when it was revealed that Swift secretly wrote “This is What You Came For” with Harris under a pseudonym. The song, which has been streamed over 1.6 billion times on Spotify was performed with Rihanna.

When news broke that Swift was behind the song, Harris “snapped” and responded with a series of tweets on Twitter, now X.

He later admitted his reaction to the situation was wrong.

“It was completely the wrong instinct,” Harris told British GQ. “I was protecting what I see as my one talent in the world being belittled. It felt like things were piling on top of me and that was when I snapped.”
